Disrupt Your Body Clock, Increase Your Risk of Depression

A large new study has confirmed that if the body’s internal clock is disrupted, it increases the risk of developing depression and mood disorders. Study Finds Blue Light from Electronic Devices Linked to Some Cancers

A new study suggests that exposure to blue light that is emitted from Smartphones, tablets, computers, TVs and LEDs may increase your risk of developing prostate or breast cancer. The study, published by Environmental Health Perspectives, analyzed artificial light exposure at night among breast and prostate cancer patients.
